These firm owners are beyond the startup phase but haven't yet reached the scale where they can afford dedicated departments for every function. Our founder recognized this gap after spending years working with accounting firms of all sizes. The most successful firms weren't necessarily the largest, but rather those that had access to peer knowledge, proven frameworks, and implementation support.
