By accessing or using our website, services, applications, products, and content (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Services. The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.

4. Membership and Subscription

Subscription Terms

The Accountability Network offers various membership tiers with different features and pricing. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the specific terms associated with your selected tier.

Billing and Cancellation

Payment for memberships is charged at the beginning of your subscription and each renewal period thereafter. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. If you cancel, you may continue to use your membership until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole discretion. Any price changes will take effect following notice to you.

5. Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of The Accountability Network and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of The Accountability Network.

User Content

By posting, uploading, or otherwise making available any content to the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the content or have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.

6. User Conduct and Community Guidelines

As a member of The Accountability Network community, you agree to:

• Treat other members with respect and professionalism
• Contribute constructively to discussions and forums
• Share knowledge and experiences in a helpful manner
• Respect the confidentiality of information shared by other members
• Provide feedback and suggestions in a constructive way

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person, or engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services
• Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to parts of the Services that are restricted
• Using the Services to send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Collecting or tracking the personal information of others
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Services
• Engaging in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services, or notify us that you wish to delete your account.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Accountability Network and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Neither The Accountability Network nor its suppliers and licensors makes any warranty that the Services will be error-free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Services at your own discretion and risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will The Accountability Network, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of these Terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to The Accountability Network under these Terms during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action.

The Accountability Network shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Accountability Network, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in London, United Kingdom, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the United Kingdom effective at the time the arbitration is initiated.

Class Action Waiver

Any arbitration under these Terms will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted.

13. General Terms

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and The Accountability Network regarding the use of the Services, superseding any prior agreements between you and The Accountability Network relating to your use of the Services.

Waiver and Severability

The failure of The Accountability Network to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.

Assignment

These Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned, transferred, or sublicensed by you without The Accountability Network's prior written consent. The Accountability Network may assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without consent.
