Application Review
We'll review your application to ensure your firm meets our membership criteria (7-20 staff members) and that you'll both benefit from and contribute to our community.
Welcome & Onboarding
Once approved, you'll receive a welcome email with access instructions, followed by a personalized onboarding process to help you get the most from your membership.
We review all applications within 48 hours and aim to complete the entire process within one week. Our selective application process ensures all members are committed to mutual growth and support.

How quickly will I receive a response to my inquiry?
We review all inquiries within 24 hours during business days. For membership applications, we aim to schedule discovery calls within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry.
My firm has fewer than 7 staff members. Can I still join?
Our community is specifically designed for firms with 7-20 staff members, as they face unique challenges. If your firm is smaller but growing toward this range, we may consider your application on a case-by-case basis. Please note this in your inquiry.
Do you offer refunds if I'm not satisfied with my membership?
Yes, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for new members. If you don't find value in your first month, simply let us know and we'll refund your payment. For annual memberships, you can cancel at any time and receive a pro-rated refund for unused months.
How do I apply for the Founding Member package?
The Founding Member package is limited to 10 members only. To apply, select "Membership Application" in the inquiry form and specify your interest in the Founding Member package in your message. We'll prioritize your application and discuss the details during your discovery call.

We currently have members across Ireland, the UK, USA, and Australia. We're expanding to other regions based on demand. Even if we don't yet have many members in your specific location, you'll still benefit from the global knowledge and resources in our community.
